Eggs in salad... does it get any better?

seriously, eggs are like the best topping!

lettuce, tomatos, olives, mushrooms, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, honey mustard dressing, ranch dressing

heaven!! expensive though... i paid 6 bucks for my salad today 🙁 29 cents an ounce... is that a good deal?
 
Head of lettuce - $0.99
Jar of blue cheese salad dressing - $2.99? (will last a while)
Misc stuff...$2-3?

It's cheaper to make it yourself...personally, I wouldn't pay 6 bucks for a sald - but I only make $6.25/hr. 😉

only us nerds and ferengis would weigh the salad and try to figure out the best weight to cost ratio

yea, but the thing about lettuce is that it always turns brown in my fridge 🙁

that, and i'm not at home... i'm at school right now.

Actually no... they sell it by the ounce (or lbs) at most places...

If $6/lb for salad is a good deal, that is more expensive than beef.

I hate eggs on salad, worst idea ever.

 
mmmm when i lived in the dorms my salads would be lettuce, mushrooms, boiled eggs, and baby corn and if they had any other good random stuff, some honey mustard or italian dressing, and then those pretzel stick thingies on top.

I haven't read the whole post, but, you may as well have had a big mac if that's everything you had on your salad. 😉

Do you really mix Ranch and Honey Mustard? I hope those are just the two options you like.
