I used to go to this little cafe that served seafood benedict. In place of ham they used baby shrimp and crab meat. There's a place up in Long Beach that does crab cakes benedict which is just poached egg over a crab cake with hollandaise sauce...very yummy.

By far my favorite place in the keys for quality cuisine. Its been a long time since I have lived in the Keys. Glad to know its still open. Also, my pop lost his wedding ring in the decek there!

After wikipediaing bacon, I guess British and Canadian bacon are the same thing, back bacon. The brits just give a slab of it, instead of round disks.

One reason I like it more is because it is easier to eat with a fork and knife. But, I also think it just tastes better.
