EGGOS- 10 boxes for $10 at ralphs

sigh, the forums are going to hell now that people are posting grocery store ads.
Isn't that the regular sale price? It's always 2 for $2 around here.

who said grocery deals aren't hot deals? ATHD doesn't just contain deals relating to tech. we have jewelry, dvds, furniture, office supplies, shoes, fashion, clothing, you name it. if this deal is recurring like every month or so, i would say it's not that hot of a deal, but i dont think we should roll our eyes because of it. i mean the topic was clear enough that maybe if u didnt want to see a grocery deal, then maybe u shouldn't have clicked on it.

as a college student, eggos are a cheap and ez way to get full. plus we have a jug of maple syrup which we're either going to chug down (like super troopers) or use it on waffles and pancakes.

Is Ralph's a division of Kroger? The reason I ask is that here in Atlanta, Kroger is running about a hundred different items at 10/10.00. I've seen Hershey's candy bars all the way up to paper cups at that price. They have stuff all over the store at that price.

Peace

Eggos? Nasty. They're for kids who don't know any better. Make your own waffles or pancakes, it's easy. And it's a lot better tasting and healthier.

Now here's a hot deal:
Go to Aldi's, get their pancake mix.

Go to Walmart a couple of days after Christmas... pick up a Proctor Sylex (or some similar brand) waffle iron that will inevitably be discounted as they carry piles of them as xmas gifts... I grabbed on for 5 or 10 bucks last year.

1 box of pancake mix will make the equivalent of about 10 boxes of eggos... and they're tastier.
🙂

(I wanted to contribute to this thread to make up for flaming it earlier. btw, Sirloin steaks are BOGO free this week at a western NY chain.. what a hot deal! )

I'd have to agree with that. I'm not sure how I managed to eat eggos before. *Hugs waffle iron*

Lazy. What part of "LAZY" don't you understand? 🙂

w00t! Sweet deal Op! Gotta have my Eggos!

When's the sale good until? Wierd thing I noticed about grocery store ads... They run Wednesday to next Tuesday versus department stores Sunday to Saturday. If this sale ends tomorrow gotta run down to get some. Hope syrup is on sale too! ;b

Hm, California is weird (Just moved here from Jersey in Late May) I can't find a lot of stuff I can find on the east coast. Certain things are more expensive then others (Eggos). Stores close a lot earlier. List goes on....
