They're delicious, cheap (about 12 cents a pop from Costco), and you can prepare them many different ways.

So far I've tried:

Butter and maple syrup.
Peanut butter and maple syrup.
Peanut butter and honey.
Butter and honey (so far the best).
Also tried them as the bread for a Turkey sandwhich. Good, but nothing special.

What's your favorite preparation for this pseudo-food?

I usually toast a few of the homestyle waffles. Then, tear them apart, or cut them apart if you are a neat freak 😉. Next, I pour a little butter and some syrup on them. After that, I pop them in the microwave for about 15 sec.

Yummy goodness! 😀
