Eggnog ,the best thing about the holidays...

So who here loves Eggnog? I myself think it's the best stuff on Earth. The real stuff is a little thick so I stick with the low fat stuff. I love to use it as Coffee creamer, yum yum. And then in January when it starts to disappear for the season I will go and buy about 4-5 half gallons and freeze them so I can then defrost then during the year so I will always have some to enjoy.

Costco sells gallons of good eggnog, though I don't think it's lowfat.

Mmmmmm...eggnog.

I like the low-fat stuff too, diluted with some skim milk. It always gives me a headache to drink (lactose intolerant), but I have to have at least a glass or two of it around Christmas. I also make eggnog cheesecake and cookies. Yum.

My Wife found some Eggnog yogurt that isn't to bad and the Latte stands arenow selling Eggnog lattes too.
