Eggnog - how much rum?

I have some eggnog I bought at the store today and am about to spike it with Bacardi rum.

How much should I add? ....don't want to lose the eggnog flavor.....

A quarter of a cup of rum to a 12 oz. glass of eggnog is a good starting place. You have to find the level of flavor you prefer.
