Egg whites have almost no calories?

Large egg whites have 17 calories, and the egg yolk has like 59 calories.


Never realized it differed that much.

Also egg whites have 3.5 grams of protein vs egg yolk with like 2.75

I mix up 4 egg whites and one whole egg. Add some browned ground turkey breast and some salsa, yum.

No, especially not the bread and butter kind. Kosher dills are about 10 calories per pickle, all carbohydrate.
