I get a window popping up on a regular (5 or 6 seconds) basis, saying "The system has recovered from a serious error."

The error signature reads as follows:

BCCode: 50 BCP1: E2B0C000 BCP2: 00000000 BCP3: E2F92AD6
BCP4: 00000001 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 0_0 Product: 768: 768_1

When I click the link for "technical information about the error report", I get:

The following files will be included in this error report:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini030802-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\[my name]\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

What on earth does this all mean? What should I do? I'm running WinXP home, 512MB ram, Athlon 1.2.

Thanks in advance for any helpful reply!

have you installed all the relevant crucial updates from the windows update site especially the one which deals with recovering from a serious error?
