So I encrypted my storage. I went through all the measures to protect myself. I have .CER and .PFX files. Once I had everything all set exactly how I wanted it, I used arconis true image to backup my operating system.
I believe since then I've restored my operating system using the image, but when I restored the image last night I no longer have access to my files. I've imported the keys and I still can't decrypt them! I'm panicing.
