I don't know why the RIAA thinks it can do something that software companies have been trying to do for decades.

Piracy will never cease.

At least they realized this before going ahead with some stupid schemes like copy protected music CD's or Palladium.

I like to hear the "big guys" admit that piracy is never going to stop.....they're right. However, legal piracy would suck too because nobody would make any money and we'd be stuck with all open source software and independant movies filmed on camcorders, heh..

companies may suck, but so do people. i know some people who havn't paid for sh*t in years.
