they stole my subwoofers, and about 60 dollars in cash i had in a little hole under my deck... i payed a little over 300 bucks for the woofers and the custum enclosure they were in... i dont know why they left my deck and amplifier though the deck wasnt anything special, just a pioneer mp3/wma deck. But the amp was an Alpine MRDM1005 that still MSRP's for $600 thank god they didn't get it....im just gonna sell it, and if i cant find a buyer maybe one day 'll be able to afford another sub setup.... all i want for the amp is 350 if anyone is intererested..

i didnt put all those spaces i my orignal post... it looked just like it does now, i dont know wtf caused it to do that....

the houe was only 60K when we bought it, and, we slowly but surely finished everything out...when we moved in it had no countertops, cabinets, carpet, and needed to be painted....the people who lived there before us WRECKED THE PLACE terribly, we made it look decent though in a couple of years of working on it every weekend.

we did a little more fixing up after we moved into our new condo and started renting the place out, did hardwood floors throughout the entire house, and new paint on the inside.

eventually i want buy another house and rent it as well, definitely not in lake kiowa this time though, the average 3/2 house there now goes for ~200k at least.... a house in town, that we can pay 80k at the most for, it would pay for itelf in time, and then it's pretty much free money besides property taxes
