Consider the cpu speed and the wattage output, one could calculate megahertz per watt (or for convenience, megahertz per volt) Is there any tabulation of this parameter for various cpu/mobo combos? I saw that the albatron mobo can allow a p4 to run as low as .85 volt.
surely that would require some underclocking as well. I'm loookiing for the most efficient combo.
