How efficient is wireless transmission via inductance? Could a 1000 watt PSU be run or would the stress be too much for the system? Imagine having adaptors for your electronics so that you could you could build on side of the inductor into the floor and then move stuff whereever you want too. I know some companies are working on it, but I dont' recall whom. Wireless USB plus wireless power even if it needed a cord to run to the floor would be freakin sweet. Would this interfere with anything you think? or draw metal towards the floor?
