Been getting what I can only think to refer to as "particle lag" when playing league of legends. Every once in a while all of the animations stop loading (auto attacks, spells, etc.) but the player locations and health bars are still displayed in real time. And then all at once all of the particle effects load in the same instant. I experience no frame rate decrease in these moments or any ping drop(ping sitting at 29ms).
I have reinstalled league of legends and reinstalled my graphics drivers and also decreased game effects to the lowest setting.
