Effect of 3.3V and 5V =200W, this enough for XP Rig??

I'm looking for a new powersupply, a cheap powersupply i might add, and I'm kind of running out of luck...I've heard the combined effect of these two rails is a better indicator of PSU-stalwartness than the Effect-number manufacturers throw on them..so, I'm wondering, would this 350W power supply I found for pretty cheap run an XP-rig, you think, if it had:
2 hd's
1 scsi burner
1 Radeon9700 and
2 or 3 casefans, tied directly to it?

The combined effect of the 3.3 and 5V -rails are as the title says specced at 200W.

It might get the job done fine or might turn out to be poorly-regulated junk. If you're in the US market, check Newegg for a good buy on an Enlight 420W unit at $46 shipped. You can do it right, or you can do it over, or so I've heard 😀 One evening of frustration trying to figure out why the system crashes mid-game would be enough to make it worth the extra money, don't you think? Quality first 😀

Well...I prefer to cut prices wherever I can..so I guess I'd have to say prices first..but I still want the best performance I can get for fairly cheap.
You have a valid point however..it's just that...well....I have to choose from these (because they are all sub-50$, and the places I can get them from have fairly good shipping costs)
Aopen 300W (3.3V+5V effect output not specificed, should be close to 200W)
Enhance 300W (3.3V+5V=200W)
Unspecified 350W (3.3V+5V=200W)
Q-tec 450W(3.3V+5V=220W)

Any opinions?

Q-Tec seem to be quite good in the value range, I have a Q-tec 350W and have not had any issues with it. Is it one of the gold ones that has dual cooling fans?

Yes, I decided to get the '450'W q-tec supply...with the cold-coloured casing and the dual strawberry-coloured fans 🙂
Seen some reviews on the Q-tec gold dual-fan series..while they're light, and don't have an off/on-switch, they're definitely not bad, it seems!
