Eff you nerds and your $2000 drones

I want a good RC heli. Instead I have a pile of the Syma S107 (and S107G, and some knockoffs) and spare parts, and they get can beat to crap with no worries.

Bad news though: there is an awesome hobby shop about a 10 minute walk away. Maybe the wife would let me buy one of the giant planes next spring and strap the new baby to it. :hmm:

These would be great for small drug deals. The drug users actually own the drones, program them to go to the drug dealer's place with money clipped to it. Drug dealer puts drugs in small vial and it is sent back.

With the common problem of drug deals going south this new method allows people to safety deal drugs, as users, and as dealers, without having to intereact with each other physically. They just send each other random blip codes over ham radio on the 420Hz channel to prep for a deal so the dealer knows the drone is coming or customer knows drugs are coming. They only need to meet the first time to setup basic terms such as the codes, which also go on the drone.

What if you send cash and the deug dealer just steals your drone and money?
 
A local convenience store is selling $30 drones at the counter. We considered one as a cat toy but $30 is a bit much for something the cat will wreck in under ten seconds.

Word on the street is the army has some useless spy blimps(aerostats) you might be able to buy at a discount. You'll have to supply a motor.
