I would like the ability to send and receive faxes without using my phone line. I have used the eFax free service as well as their $12.95 service for a few months, but I would like to find something cheaper that is as good. Any suggestions or testimonies? Thanks!

i use efax, but only b/c I do not have a land line, also. 12.95 plus 10 cents a page blows:(

I use efax, but there is a 10 page per month limit. So I make some more YAHOO Email addys and rotate the efax numbers.

Yeah, eFax seems to be the most popular, but if I want to send I agree that it is kinda pricey. The free service from them offers 20 free pages a month, but no sending.

I found this site trustfax.com. Seems to be pretty cheap. Anyone use this?

I created a thread in the software forum about this same kind of thing a couple of months ago. Search for fax and my username in that forum, you should find it.

Well, I signed up with TrustFax. Seems like the best price of the bunch and the web interface for faxing is pretty straightforward and easy. I sent 4 test faxes to myself and others and they were all received within a few minutes.
