EEs: How do you solve a Control problem like this?

I just got jacked on my Controls final. If I have a third order system, with one zero and three poles, how do I go about finding the damping ratio and the resonant frequency. I know how to do it for a second order system but we never covered it for a third order and it just showed up on the final.

is this linear systems or somethgin similair?

It is a linear system. The transfer function was of the form K(s+5) / ( s * (s+3) * (s+8))
