EEs: Free program to do network analysis simulation?

I'm looking for a student version or a free program that can do simple simulations which can mimic the output a basic network analyzer. The goal would be to specify input frequencies (and a range), and connect different loads, and view the reflections (in both polar and linear or log. Does anyone know of a program like this?
