...for my Dixiesys account. They sent me a e-mail saying they were having trouble billing me, then I get a confirmation the next day saying they billed me. Then today I get a e-mail saying my credit card is overcharged. I go look at my recent activity and it seems 2Checkout billed me two times for the same thing two days in a row.

I've already contacted Dixiesys and they have yet to get back to me. Do I need to contact my credit card company? Thanks...

My advice-- contact both parties, but be calm and be patient. Sometimes credit stuff can take a couple days, or at least until business hours.

I contacted Dixiesys, but not my credit card company. I think they're closed, not sure. Can Dixiesys just handle it? :)

Ok, Dixiesys won't do anything about it. I just got a reply to my ticket saying, "according to what I see, you've NOT been billed twice", and then he closed my support ticket and left it at that.

So according to that ticket, that means supposedly I now have two Dixiesys accounts for the same amount that were billed on back to back days?

it's only going to be a few bucks in either way. You can always wait till you get your statement and fax it to them?

Um, it zero'd out my account. I still had balance left and that extra 20 bucks maxed out my card. It might even have over-drafted on my account.
