I want to know whats best for a future working in the computer tech field?

A traditional Computer Engineering from a "state" college.

or

A degree from some where like UACT or FullSail?


I have my A+ cert and want to get into web development, is it better to look toward a degree in Communications - Journalism or Art - Graphic design or Computer Engineering/Science?
 
You generally want to avoid a school that steals, verbatim, visuals from a movie on their website. But may that's just me.
 
I'd go to a real college. That way if it turns out you don't like it, you can take a few other classes and see what you really do like
