lol, you couldn't be more wrong. History doesn't change the intent of the Constitution. It is supposed to be a cage and was written for just that purpose. I suggest you actually go back and study it's history and what was fought over when it was being written. The left's favorite founding father Jefferson argued for an even stricter and limiting Constitution than what was actually ratified. But hey, keep trying... someday you'll see the light, I have faith that anyone with enough time and effort can understand it.

Then file briefs with the Supreme Court challenging the Constitutionality of all these institutions. You should have a slam-dunk case, the way you talk about these things being unconstitutional. Let me know how that goes.

The fact is that the Constitution is a framework for government, not a cage. No matter how many ways you phrase your rebuttal, you are wrong, simple as that. Otherwise, put your money where your mouth is, form a legal team and challenge the constitutionality of all those entities you believe go above and beyond the federal government's power.

I admit I didn't see the word favorite when I read it the first time. Clearly I'm incompetent, should turn my college degree back in, and drop out of graduate school. Or you know, you could try not being a complete asshole for 2 minutes.

I don't exactly know why they seem to like him so much or use him so much to defend their liberal positions. But in any case, people here like to use him as well as libs elsewhere. But if I had to guess it's because they like to take his "church and state" position and run with it.
