Editing video bios...

Hi guys,
I downloaded a program can edit vide bios. Is it a good way to change the default clock speeds to a proper over clocked speed? Is it possible to improve performans by editing video bios? any idea..

I had the same idea, only it screwed up my card. Had to flash to a different bios without being able to see my monitor. Don't know if the bios editor was incompatible or if I am just a dumb ass, but the card works fine now. I can flash to several different bios with no problems, but I am afraid to try the bios editor again.
