Editing SL 75FRN-L BIOS

I have too many trouble with 200MHz FSB, there is a need to ChipSet Vcc. turning up.
There options present in BIOS Setup, but it locked. I editing BIOS in Modbin 6.x, yet it saving incorrect

Help me found a solution for these trouble !
