Editing priveleges?

Maybe I've been blind, but I just notice that every response in the threads has the 'edit' option, and clicking on it will bring up an edit screen for whatever comment it is. I didn't try changing anything, but this just doesn't seem normal.

Check out forum issues. There are threads devoted to it. It won't actually let you edit other people's posts.
