Upon attempting to edit a post (linked below) just made, receive popup message stating:

Oops! We ran into some problems.
Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console.

Refreshing the webpage didn't make a difference. I've made no changes to my browser since the last time I edited a post, probably only a few minutes earlier but it was in a different topic.

Edit: It let me edit this post w/o issue.

Edit2: Wait, did I do something that got me a forum vacation? I can't think of anything controversial I posted recently, lol. I get the same error message as above if I try to click the link for my forum profile at the top right of the page, I mean I do when in the topic linked below but in this topic I can click my profile name w/o the above error message.

Edit3: Just tried to edit same post with the problem, again, with a different browser (current version chrome) and get the same error message. The topic isn't locked, was able to make a subsequent post, that I also, can't edit and get the error message when I try to.

I can't replicate the problem. It allows me to edit without any issues. I can tell you that you have not received any infractions and are not on vacation.

I cleared cache on Chrome, shut it down and reloaded, still won't let me edit either post in the previously linked topic.

Also still, in this topic I can click my username, conversations, or notifications icons on the top right of the page and they work, but in that topic, clicking any of the three results in same error message, on both Chrome and Firefox. I also reloaded Firefox in safe mode, still get the error message.

Checking a different topic post I made in another thread a dozen minutes earlier, I can edit that fine.

I've also seen this same problem on several occasions with Waterfox next gen. Never have figured out what causes it, but it is majorly annoying when it happens.

I get the same thing in that 'cc-chargeback' thread. Error when i click on username, conversations, or notifications icons.
Those work fine in this thread & i haven't ever noticed that before.

^^ I cannot edit posts in that thread, but I can in other threads.

Now I see that the OP is referring to the same thread. Maybe Admins/Mods can post there and see if they can edit their own posts?

And yes, I can edit THIS post with no trouble.

Created new thread in The Garage thinking it might be a restriction/permission issue in that forum.

Nope, can edit the new test thread fine.
