Editing PDF metadata?

Does anyone know a good way of editing the title, description, etc. of a PDF that already exists? (you can see all of that when you right click and hit properties)

If you mean just the title of the file, simply choose "rename" after right clicking on the file, and name it whatever you like while retaining the .pdf

If you mean actual metadata (using Adobe and related apps):
