Editing my Rigs Profile?

OK I have been trying to update my rigs profile for a LONG time now, (over a year). Every time I try to enter a rig, it just says "Error.... We apologize for the inconvenience, but you have encounted an error. The error has been logged and sent to the web master." It does it in both IE and Firefox. What gives? It must be working for other people, am I doing something wrong?

When I had problems with my profile, it was my firewall.

If you're running one, try turning it off for a minute to see if it helps things.

ive had this problem before......just wait a day and try again....it goes away by itself
