editing driver videos?

driver as in the game, for the PC. I have some really sweet replays saved, and I want to edit them and make a movie. But:

A) I can't seem to find them.
B) The only stuff I can find are bin files (can't open them) and they are only 6 K (way too small for a replay.. or not?)

Anyways, after I find them, then I want to edit them and compile the best parts of each into one vid, whats a good program to do that with?
