A friend of mine asked me today how he could change what was on a website of his that he made in 1999 and has never been touched since. Everything on the site still works but the information is irrelevant. He got help making the site and can't remember hpow it was made.

How can I change the site for him??????

Use an html editor? If there are other languages used, use those appropriate editors?

1. Get FTP access to files.
2. Make local copy
3. Edit as desired
4. Profit?

I think noone answered you because your question isn't exactly clear.
