Doesn't the GPU itself run hotter than that? I'm pretty certain 48C is nothing to worry about.

edit: For some reason, I thought we're talking about a gfx card... But anyways, 48C still shouldn't be a problem.

Are you talking about the mosfets on the MB? If you are then I wouldn't worry about the temps as they look fine.
 
Thanks all. Got another question. The onboard NICS both appear to be down.

I've tried:

I tried a different ethernet cable
The other ports on the router work
The mac address is filtered through
I booted with an identical (non raid-1) drive
Triple checked my bios
The light on the on-board NIC is green for both on-board NICS when plugged into
Tried DHCP
Assigned my own IPv4 address and DNS

How about drivers? Try uninstalling/reinstalling. Get the latest ones from the mobo manufacturers website.
