This is what I do.
Mon: Shoulders
Tue: Legs
Wed: Chest
Thu: Tennis or Off
Fri: Back
Sat: Cricket
Sun: Arms

I am not strict on my the days and workouts but keep try to have a break after I work out my chest/arms or kick in legs the next day so that I get enought rest or workout another group.
I wan't to know the best excercise for arms. How would my arms size increase. I hit 25 pounds easily but for 30 pounds I get drained off on the fourth rep & its like more of shoulder & back working. One more thing when I do the curls on the bar, I tend work more for my forearms and they get pretty tight. At times they hurt and its like packed. Why is it that I don't feel the biceps ?

Another one for chest. I can't light that heavy dunno why. See alot of people hitting a hell lot but I just hit 125 pounds max.
When I bench press with free weights I tend to stick to 80'ish coz not ones for the spot but hit like 125'ish on ther one with support.
Anyway what should I do to be able to bench press more?

That's about the same as my workout...

Nothing.

I jsut use the computer and/or watch movies and TV all night.
