There may be a serial number somewhere, if there is you could email the manfacturer and they will tell you what the card is. You could also take the heatsink off and look at the core. Read the number on the chip and post it here - someone will tell you what it is. It should be R480 I think.

Stickers on the back of the card should list a model number. You should find X85XT PE something-or-another there.
