EDIT: Where to RMA or what to do w/ a broken burner?

I have a mitsumi 8x burner, and when i copy audio cds i get a loud high pitched buzz out of the left channel (when i play the copied cd)

it wont burn data (well it says it does, but then there is nothing there)

what is wrong?

what do i do w/ it?
