Made an order for some watercooling liquid from www.sharkacorp.com . After I had made the order I paid wih paypal, and they then (after about two days) emailed me to say that the postage I had paid was not enough (although it had said that i had paid enough at the time I made the order) and that the two product i have ordered dont mix together (althogh I emailed them proir to the order and they said it would). They told me that I need to pay more for the delivery which means that i would be paying lots more that other places so I asked for a refund. They have not emailed back. I have sent numerous emails to them all with no reply so. I have been waiting about two weeks. They replied to one saying if I pay mor ethey can ship both out soon, yet I want a refund! So, if you see a good deal on there, dont get it, it is cheaper else where...trust me
They have just sent me the money, as stated below there email service is poor but they are good if you ring. I recomend that if you are going to order of these people as they are cheap, call them up and check that the delivery they offer is surficciant.
