Moving along, I hope a few more cast members die on the season finale. This show feels 24ish, you got Rick as Jack Bauer who'll survive through the worst situations and you got Carl as Kim, the child who's a magnet for all kinds of bullshit making the dumbest choices but seemingly escapes unscathed by virtue of being the offspring of the protagonist. With any luck, that'll mean Lori dies and the sooner the better. Kill em all. I'm rooting for the zombies.

Wasn't Teri Bauer pregnant?

So that means the Russians are coming in the next episode and then we find out there's a mole in the group and finally everything is a big government conspiracy?

This episode was so much better than the last 3 weeks of shit.

Bull shit. Last 3 weeks were fine.

Now many of the episodes in the first half were garbage...

ok the dead people in the car dont bother me....they could all be zombies just chillin out, buckled to their prius's or camry's for all we know...

I imagine a zombie that can't figure out it's own damn seatbelt isnt going to do a whole hell of alot stuck in a car with the windows rolled up...most likely just sit there and act...dead.

anyways...the biggest problem for me so far is...what did that Dr whisper to Rick!?

either, the doctor whispered to Rick that everyone is infected, so therefore Rick should already know this..

OR, the Doctor told Rick his wife was pregnant. Yet Rick acted like he didn't know she was when he found out.

so...what did he whisper? Did I just miss that reveal or something?

I didn't like last weeks episode. It was Carl running around being a horrible bastard for half the episode, and playing in the woods were Sopia was killed. Where's his mother? Followed by a meaningless debate and vote, because Rick does what he wants anyways. And there's Randall, again. We already had the previous episode where they were going to release him, and then they didn't. Then last week they were going to execute him and then they didn't. Why can't they get it done in one episode? Everything is horribly drawn out with near endless melodrama and little or nothing actually happens. Of course there was Dale's silly death, where he get killed in an open field by a single zombie. Seriously?

I for one welcome our ninja zombie overlords!

Maybe the zombie bites don't infect, you, they just kill you with some kind of quick acting poison. You turn into a zombie because of the virus you already have.

sleeper virus!!

I am curious what they'll do now that they are getting bum rushed, Shane dead, Randell finally killed, and everyone is turning into walkers biten or not.

I like that episode alot. Show has really been interesting the second half of this season. I considered the first half to be a completely different show. It's now a proper zombie show 🙂

One thing I really like is that the writers dont do what's expected and don't preserve main characters. Everyone is up for death and the things you predict will happen usually dont pan out

Rumor is that,
2 more characters die, Jimmy and Patricia.

Who the hell are they?

Is Jimmy the one like 20s something guy who makes a random 3 second appearance in a few shows? Like hammering a piece of wood to the wall in the background as Lori walks by? Is Patricia the suicide girl?

Who cares about them!

What about the 2 dudes that were killed in the bar by Rick.

Maybe they are among the crowd now bum rushing the farmhouse.

Just from last week's developments, you can pretty much guess by now.

weren't they shot in the head?

*shrug* I dont remember... I just remember the fat guy was bleeding out of his gut. But now come to think of it I think I do recall the guy behind the bar being shot in the head and then Rick shooting the fat guy a second time in the head.

Well there goes that

I don't understand why people are turning so fast when people have died before and never turned into zombies right away like they are doing now.

Hell, they have found so many dead bodies that are not up and walking and not shot in the head this is getting really confusing.

Then you have the wife flirting with shane again pushing him over the edge and now all of a sudden one shot attracts what looks like dozens of zombies yet they have fired so many times before and it attracted none.

Jenner from the CDC explained that the brain stem reanimates anywhere from a few minutes to 8 hours after death

Too bad for Shane... he really was right. Randall and his crew were bad apples.Letting him go would have been a mistake. Didn't think his plan through very well. Same criticisms from me as everyone else. I can understand walking in a big circle and ending up back near the farm, but if Shane planned on murdering Rick, does not make sense to do it in a field within eyesight of the house.

In regards to Carl: http://imgur.com/gallery/JcGoF

Also, why did Carl raise his gun and point at his father before Shane even got up. Could have easily filmed that scene better, but still doesnt explain why Carl didn't say anything to his dad. Too gimmicky.

Glad to see the horde show up, exactly what I was predicting for the finale. Now lets just see if it flushes them out of the farm.

I thought that was the case as well - Rick finished both of the guys in the bar with a shot to the head. I assumed he didn't do anything to finish Shane because he was a little distraught over killing his (former) best friend.

Herschel explained the reason all the zombies are showing up earlier in the episode; the marsh and the creek that acted as a barrier to the zombies were drying up. Presumably, there were a large number of zombies trapped either on the other side of the creek and/or in the marsh. We've seen in the past that, in the absence of stimulus, a trapped zombie will tend to just stand in place (Carl's zombie from the previous episode was just hanging out in the marsh, until Carl poked him). The combination of night fall (zombies are more active at night), and the gunfire, was enough to rouse them. Once you "woke up" a couple, and they came unstuck, you'd get the type of herd you saw on the highway.

Beginning of the episode, when Carl got his gun back .. I said he'd shoot Shane with it ... booya!

Shane was the better father figure to Carl (which was his whole rant), which is why Carl pulled it on Rick...solidifying that Shane was right, Shane would be a better father in this life they live now...but Carl knew he couldn't kill Rick, and it turned into shooting Shane, the zombie.

I was with Shane on killing Randell, needed to be done. Shane had horrible people skills, and as it was said by 1-2 cast members he is right in his methods, he needs to be more political to the group though, which he never could grasp.
