You know it's gotten bad when they're stuck on a farm for ~42 minutes and the one positive is a Portal reference. I guess they realize about all the audience they have left are people like us. 😛

All the audience they have left?

You'll notice the viewership spiked at the last episode before the hiatus and is still at 1.3 million more viewers than season 1.

I will admit the last episode before the hiatus broke a long stretch of boredom for me.

Season 1 was good and ended with more viewers than it started with. Season 2 was slow, and they lost viewers from the season 2 premier.

At least Shane is finally going to get killed this season.

Where did you read this? I personally would rather
see shane alive longer and have it build up to a boiling point where he leaves finds another set of living and they come head to head in an all out fight for survival

I seriously hope not. I know it's probably cheaper for them to keep the show in the same place so they don't have to keep making new sets, but this show just isn't good unless they keep moving.

They talked about Fort Benning, and with the farm they have the ability to stock up on supplies for such a trip. That's what I'm hoping for.

If it follows the comic books it's going to happen soon, also there are rumors that the actor already has another gig lined up after this season.

The comic had him offed right away, I think they're purposingly changing it b/c his character makes for some good conflict.

It always cracks me up when people take time to read a thread and then take even more time to post that they don't care.

Personally, I'm stoked that we're just a few days away from a new episode!!!

Woot! There's just something about this show. The acting isn't the best, the story doesn't always progress, but I love it. Rick (Andrew Lincoln) is one of my favorite characters of all time. I love rooting for him.

It's in the comics, although earlier. They are obviously setting up a confrontation in the TV show between Shane and Rick. Jon Bernthal , the actor who plays Shane, has recently auditioned to be in another show, LA Noir. Then there's internet rumors.

So I rewatched The Mist the other day and realized..3 ppl from that movie are also in this show. Did some searching...it's made by the same guy.
