Although this isn't a problem, my cable modem has recently started doing something funny. Even when there is no network activity, the data light on modem is always flashing. This occurs when whether the PC is on or off; it's constantly flashing as it would when data is being transfered. Is this an indication that someone is pinging my system, or is this a just a mere quirk of @home?
