Yeah, just call or email them explaining the situation:
"I ordered a 12-gram tube of Artic Silver 5. I received a 2.5-gram tube of Arctic Silver Ceramique."

PM the Newegg Techsupport guy here and tell him you ordered a X6800 but got a A64 3800+ instead.

Good to hear your situation was fixed.

 Newegg support. I haven't exactly had a stellar experience with TigerDirect for (pre)ordering my Conroe E6600. Newegg is *always* where I check first for computer parts. I ordered everything else for my new rig from them. Their prices are competitive, and even if the item I want costs a few dollars more than a competing website, it's definitely worth it to order from Newegg, because of the great support, IMHO.

lol

I just remember when I was building my computer awhile back FedEx decided to driveway mod my case. I called newegg and they were like you have to initiate a damaged package request or whatever with FedEx, which I suppose makes sense. Called FedEx, then newegg a few minutes after that and they shipped me a new case and let me keep the old one. So for the time being, I screwed everything to a wood plank.
