Edit: How Can I Find Members For My 1994 And Laptop Gaming Clubs?

I'm having trouble finding members, I've been putting the born in 1994 cards on cars at east Los Angeles college but no one has joined,

A few times I found someone at the library with a laptop and I have gaven them the laptop gaming card and none of them joined either.
