Edifier S730

Hello guys!! I am a new member in your forum!! I need your help. I have an Edifier S730. Evereything seems to work fine but there is no sound.It seems tha the problem is "from the inside" ( probably something broke down ) . Do you have any which part is making this problem?

i ve already message them and i am waiting ( 1 week and no answer ). I posted in case someone know the problem.
