i played around with this a little thinking it was free, but its not unaffordable so i thought i'd give it a try. Basically you choose a diet (id be doing atkins) and it gives you shopping lists and tips and all sorts of junk. mainly i just wanted the shopping list. has anyone ever used this service? is it decent?
 
all the information that you will pay for on those sites are available for free on the internet. Keep a diary or excel sheet and you will save the money for beer.
