Greetings all,
Well I got my ECSK75a and 1.4 Ghz athlon a little while ago and I've never been able to get it to run stable and now lately it seems like it's been getting worse. My current problem is the "Low CMOS" or "Incorrect CMOS memory size" that I'm given on bootup which asks me to load defaults or enter setup. I remember people saying this was a chronic problem with these boards and that some CMOS batterys went out low. What do I need to do to fix this? Is it hard to put in a new CMOS battery? I don't think this is the only problem with my mobo but it's the most immediate so any help clearing it up would be appreciated.

Sparkle 400 watt PS (broke down and bought this in the hopes it would bring stability)

Plextor 12/10/32 CDRW
AMD 1.4 Ghz w/ Alpha PAL8045
512 MB 2100 DDR Ram (Crucial)
