I have two SATA MAXTOR DRIVES and the bios will not see the secondary. After reflashing bios, finally do not have to unplug the keyboard to get in system.
Pin out non existant on mobo. Do see one pin missing or removed inside the male connector on the mobo. This maybe ok but ecs support took the quick way out and sent me a RMA. Looks like pin 1 is to the right side facing the mobo. That is the way I connected it and it fried two floppy drives. NOTE, the bios also shows my master ide
cd-rw drive and not the secondary. However both seem to be working. The one it sees
I can click eject and both drives together. I have not load software for each at this
point. Never seen a bios like this just showing masters and not secondarys.
