I got this board with a 3500+ Newcastle core very cheap from a friend, it was new. I find the review where it was said to be an incredible overclocker but mine isn't. I have tried everything but it wont go past 215 cpu clock. I have tried voltage changes, multipliers, lowering the ram speed, etc. It seems there is no way to lock pci or video card clock. I even went back to the original A version bios after reading that it might help. Anyone have one of these?

Maybe my ram is holding it back? 1GB of Patriot signature with the blue heatspreaders. I cant understand how this mobo got the most overclockable award.

Use 3x HT and 5:6 memory divider. Bump Vcore to 1.55. Could be the cheap 2nd hand defective board.
