Don't plan on overclocking at first, possibly later on. Which board should be more reliable? Also would the integrated video on either board be the same or better then my 440mx?

If yo uare going SFF, you aren't goign to want to overclock. Go for the MSI. It has 4 ram slots.

Yeah, MSI would be your best bet. Even thoug the ECS may have ocing capabilties... what the hell is a small overclock gonna get you? If you're gonna overclock, go big. 200-300 mhz won't get you anywhere. If i were you, grab the MSI and forget about OCing

Not if the MX440 is discrete. (Not integrated) Almost all current cards are better than integrated. (Depends on your definition of current)

I doubt that a discreet mx440 could take the integrated x300, you may be able to compare 3dmark01 scores. The x300 integrated is directx 9 compatable, the mx440 isn't. Check out the jetway pro model, it has 32 megs of dedicated ram for the integrated video. It should outperform your mx440.
