Does anybody has problem with ECS RS-482M built-in video? I connect it to my monitor, but it seems like the screen is constantly refreshing. I don't really know the proper way to describe it, but the screen is just not stable. I change the refreshing rate around and it still gives me the same thing. Anybody has any problem with it? If so, are you able to solve this issue? It seems that others use a pci-e card instead of the built-in video, but I really don't do game and hope I can get away with just the built-in card. Thanks!!
