ECS RMA experience

I have an ECS 7050M-M motherboard. About a week ago, the board started showing a cursor when I try to boot the PC. It would take several attempts to get the PC to boot. I would reset the BIOS and try to update the settings. However, it would show a WAIT... message. Any ideas?

I haven't had that problem with my 7050M-M. All I can really suggest is to take out all the connected components ( cables, RAM, cards , the CPU ) and reseat them. Make sure everything is fully inserted. Also make sure the CMOS reset jumper is in the correct position.
