ecs pt800ce-a/p4 3.0 nothwood

I came across an add at Fry's selling the intel p4 3.0C OEM for less than retail anywhere. It also includes a ecs pt800ce-a motherboard. I understand that the ecs boards are not typically proformance boards and I know the limitations of the via pt800 chipset, but I think I could build a very nice system for a great price if I can overclock the motherboard to a clock frequency of around 240. I have done as much research as I can do on the ecs pt800 but I can not find out if the board has a limit set on the frequency adjustment in the bios. I downloaded the manual but it does not document the limit. I have sent an email to ecs support with no response. I hope that someone at this forum might know and maybe someone has bought and built this combo that would share their experience. Any and all help will be appreciated.🙂
