ECS nForce3 & Cool N Quiet Working?

I have an A64 3200+ installed in a ECS nForce3 MOBO and I am having problems w/ Cool N Quiet. I don't have an option in the BIOS for CnQ but if I install the AMD CPU Driver and set Power Options to Minimal Power Management then it seems as if Cool N Quiet is working. The problem is when I restart or shutdown. Windows XP Pro will shutdown but the system will not actually restart or shutdown, it will just sit there w/ a black screen. I can only shutdown or restart by physically pressing the power or restart button on my machine after that. If I set the Power Options to something other than Minimal Power Management then shutdown/restart works just fine but CnQ isn't enabled. Has anyone else experienced this? If you're able to get Cool N Quiet working on this MOBO can you outline the steps on how to do so? Thanks...

XP uses CnQ only in "Laptop" and "Minimal Power Management" schemes, the latter being the recommended one for a desktop machine. This is normal.

Regarding the reboot problem: Did you install that copy on XP using this board, or did you migrate an existing installation?
